Julia Herbst

Julia Herbst is a senior editor for Fast Company’s Work Life section. Previously, she worked as a writer and editor at Los Angeles Magazine and Breaker Magazine. 

Jack Kelly

Jack Kelly is a contributor at Forbes.  He is also the CEO, founder, and executive recruiter at one of the oldest and largest global search firms in his area of expertise, and has personally placed thousands of professionals with top-tier companies over the last 20-plus years. He is passionate about advocating for job seekers. In doing so, he’s founded a start-up company, WeCruitr, their mission is to make the job search more humane and enjoyable.

Arianne Cohen

Arianne is a Future of Work reporter at Bloomberg. Her stories appear regularly in publications like Bloomberg Businessweek, Elle, The Guardian, The New York Times and Vogue, among many others.
Sometimes she simply observes and creates, which is a less dramatic process. She believes that the whole point of writing is to nudge the world’s idea lines forward, millimeter by millimeter.
