Sutian Dong is a Venture Partner at the Female Founders Fund, an early-stage fund investing in women, to get women in positions of check-writing power. Sutian is an NYU grad who fell into venture capital from her previous career in marketing. Sutian always feels empowered to say yes, and holds the firm belief that the future of venture includes women as a fierce class of entrepreneurs that are here to stay! In this video, Sutian covers the 700 meetings it took to create the Female Founders Fund, why the chase for success never stops, and as always, how Sutian raised her first dollar.
